Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and caring Speech and Language Support Specialist to join our team at Academics LTD in Salisbury. As an Autism Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) overcome communication challenges.

About the Role: In this graduate-level position, you will work closely with experienced staff to provide tailored support to students, enabling them to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized learning plans, collaborating with teachers to create engaging lesson plans, and providing emotional support to pupils during lessons and activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children with Autism. You should have a degree in a relevant field or be studying towards one. Our ideal candidate will also have experience working with children or young adults, preferably in a special needs setting.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
