About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Community Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes during weekends, engaging in meaningful activities and building deep relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their homes during weekends, understanding and catering to each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Engage in leisurely activities with clients, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and attending to personal care needs.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their weekends and overall well-being.
  • Work flexible hours to meet the varying needs of clients, ensuring continuity of care and a high level of service.
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any significant changes in a client's condition.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your caregiving skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
