About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes during weekends, engaging in meaningful activities and providing companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their homes during weekends.
  • Engage in leisurely activities with clients, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, understanding and catering to each client's unique weekend needs and preferences.
  • Work flexible hours to ensure continuity of care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any significant changes in a client's condition.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your caregiving skills.
