Job Title: Senior Developer for Workday HCM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a highly visible cloud system, Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday HCM.
  • Develop integrations and reports, including BIRT reports, and perform end-to-end testing.
  • Support the Production Workday environment and develop new solutions and enhancements.
  • Design and test assigned integrations and reports.
  • Document project deliverables, such as requirements, specifications, design, and test results.
  • Prepare and deliver documents required for peer review.
  • Monitor integration issues in Production and work with business users and scrum team on issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with developing integrations and reports, including BIRT reports.
  • Thorough knowledge of security for integrations and reports.
  • Possess experience with developing calculated fields.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Workday HCM and Payroll business processes.
  • Knowledge of Orchestrate integrations is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication and organizational skills.
