About the Role

Magna Housing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Data and Reporting Specialist to join our Building Safety and Compliance department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data collection and reporting processes meet and demonstrate compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to building safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data collection, distribution, and insights, while recommending process improvements.
  • Develop and oversee systems to guarantee accurate information and compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Analyse and identify trends to improve strategies and evaluate performance against benchmarks.
  • Work collaboratively on the preparation of Regulatory Reporting Returns.
Requirements
  • In-depth understanding of one or more elements of Building Safety such as Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella, and Fire Safety.
  • Experience within the Social Housing sector would be advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis tools and software, along with experience using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Project or contract management experience is desirable.
  • Effective communication abilities for presenting findings and recommendations.
