About the Role

Magna Housing Limited is seeking a highly skilled Data and Reporting Specialist to join our Building Safety and Compliance department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data collection and reporting processes meet and demonstrate compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to building safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Manage data collection, distribution, and insights, while recommending process improvements to enhance data quality and compliance.
  • System Development: Develop and oversee systems to guarantee accurate information and compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and identify trends to improve strategies and evaluate performance against benchmarks.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Collaborate with teams to prepare Regulatory Reporting Returns.
Requirements
  • Building Safety Expertise: In-depth understanding of one or more elements of Building Safety such as Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella, and Fire Safety.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proven expertise in data analysis tools and software, along with experience using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Project Management: Project or contract management experience is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication abilities for presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated to continuously improve within a dynamic, collaborative setting.
