Housing Support Assistant Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Housing Support Assistant to work at our Hughenden Gardens Retirement Village. The ideal candidate will have experience in housing-related or support services and excellent customer service skills.

About the Position: As a Housing Support Assistant, you will provide assistance to residents with tenancy or lease issues, ensure they have access to information, advice, guidance, and support, and respond to resident visits and community meetings.

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to residents with tenancy or lease issues
  • Ensuring residents receive information, advice, guidance, and support
  • Attending resident visits and community meetings

Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in housing-related or support services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A solution-focused approach to resolving issues
