Electrical Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Compliance Manager to join our team at Mears Group. As a key member of our technical compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical activities are compliant with current regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all electrical activities to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards
  • Support Electrical Supervisors/Managers in carrying out audits and investigations
  • Audit and assess electrical competence and compliance
  • Maintain CPD and Electrical Qualifying Supervisor status
  • Ensure all electrical work is carried out to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified electrician (NICEIC EQS standard to EAS criteria)
  • Good all-round knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations and standards
  • Able to motivate others, with good counselling, mentoring, and coaching skills
  • Auditing and assessing others for electrical competence and compliance
  • Maintain CPD and Electrical Qualifying Supervisor status
