About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
  • Manage patient appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records
  • Coordinate care packages for patients, working closely with our clinicians
  • Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Handle payments and maintain patient confidentiality

Your Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work positively and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
  • Previous experience promoting company products and services
  • Preferred experience with Dentally
