Job Summary: We are currently working with a reputable Primary School in the Kent area who are recruiting for a KS2 class teacher for a long-term role. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated KS2 Class teacher to work in a Year 3 class, 5 days a week, starting from January. They require someone with a passion for working with children in an exciting and dynamic environment where the pupils are at the heart of everything they do.

The school has a welcoming and supportive staff and friendly, polite and enthusiastic children who enjoy their learning. The ideal candidate will establish a safe, organised and stimulating environment that fosters curiosity, independence and celebrates pupils' achievements. Key Responsibilities include:
* Establish a secure, well-structured and motivating learning environment.
* Take responsibility for the progress of all pupils in the class.
* Set clear targets for pupils' learning, building on prior attainment, and ensuring pupils are aware of the substance and purpose of what they are asked to do.
* Adhere to all school Safeguarding policies and procedures, and be familiar with and support the aims, ethos and policies of the school.
* Work closely with parents and carers for the benefit of the children.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience
