About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Carer. As a Community Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in our community to stay in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with washing, dressing, and food preparation.
  • Administering medication in line with a client's care plan, with full training provided.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client care.
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
