About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Community Carer. As a Community Carer, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with washing, dressing, and food preparation.
• Administering medication in line with a client's care plan.
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and support.
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
