Job Description
Mechanical Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Ross-shire Engineering Limited in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate mechanical site works, acting as liaison between the on-site team and the project management team.
  • Review drawings, works information packs, and technical data for site, raising relevant queries and ensuring resulting actions are carried out prior to commencement of project where practical.
  • Organize the ordering of small value materials/consumables, liaising with the buying department.
  • Check that works are being carried out to timescale and to the required standard/quality.

Requirements
  • Mechanical biased NC/HNC/MA/Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven on-site experience.
  • CSCS.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS.
  • Good knowledge of welding principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full clean driving license.
