Role Overview:

This role involves managing the entire claims process, from initial instruction to job completion. You will work closely with policyholders, insurance companies, and field teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and update client systems/portals accordingly.
  • Provide expert advice and support to policyholders and insurance clients.
  • Collaborate with field teams to schedule trades and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workflow efficiency and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in claims handling or customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in IT skills, including Excel.
