- Take responsibility for the delegation and supervision of appropriate work to other qualified staff, healthcare support workers, and students in the absence of senior staff.

Person Specification- Registered Nurse educated to Degree level or willingness to undertake.
- Post-registration qualification in renal specialty.

- Demonstrate a flexible approach, able to react to the changing needs of the department.
- Ability to liaise and work with the multidisciplinary team, making recommendations to enhance the smooth running and management of the unit.
