ROLE: Digital Marketing Specialist

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading e-commerce business, based in Droitwich, who are looking to recruit an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, that are a market leader in their field.

  • Hybrid working pattern (2 days at home per week).

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns.

Experience with Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads is essential.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance the broader marketing strategy.
  • Manage audience segmentation and creation, optimising performance and creative assets for different audience groups.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to drive creative concepts forward.
  • Lead influencer marketing efforts and oversee campaign execution.
  • Develop content ideas and implement a comprehensive testing plan.
  • Organise and execute an email marketing strategy aligned with the business calendar.
  • Manage the Shopify website and ensure its seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of marketing activities, including paid media, email marketing, and content creation.

They will work closely with the design team to develop creative concepts and will be responsible for managing the Shopify website.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns and will have experience with Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads.

They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
