About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their dignity and respect.
  • Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and serving.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nurse or senior care assistant.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
