Requirements:

  • Have a love for brand communications in earned media and be imaginative and inquisitive
  • Possess critical thinking skills, from breaking down a brief and formulating a plan to evaluating outcomes and offering suggestions for improvement
  • Consistently produce excellent results for clients and have the insight to adjust the approach when necessary
  • Enjoy being a team leader and understand that it will only speak good of you if your team is producing excellent work and is happy doing it
  • Have the confidence and goodwill of your clients, so that you can impact them with thoughtful advice
