Are you a skilled Quality Assurance specialist looking for a new challenge? WR Engineering is recruiting for a Senior Quality Control Professional to join their team in Droitwich.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global engineering company and contribute to the success of their Quality Management System. The role involves ensuring quality and efficiency across the business, conducting performance assessments, and leading corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment. A Bachelor's degree or HNC in engineering is essential, as is demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001. Experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is desirable but not necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and efficiency across the business
  • Assist with the management and improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Conduct performance assessments
  • Lead corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

The salary for this role is up to £42,000, and we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave and a comprehensive benefits package.
