We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our busy HR team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall Talent Management strategy and undertaking the day-to-day activities of the full recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively source and contact candidates to promote internal vacancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant employment legislation and inform hiring managers about changes that may impact recruitment and resourcing.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment administration and screening processes, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to offer of employment.
- Participate in recruitment fairs and career events as required.
- Coordinate shortlisting and interview set-up, including finalising the schedule, calling candidates, sending invites, and liaising with managers.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within in-house recruitment.
- Positive proactive approach in contacting potential candidates.
- Able to build credibility and rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
- IT literate, including MS Office packages.
- Excellent communication and accuracy skills.
- Organised and able to prioritise own workload.
