We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Insurance Administrator at Focus Recruit. As a Trainee Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance team.
Main Responsibilities
- Contacting clients to obtain documentation and information.
- Dealing with queries from insurers and clients.
- Checking documentation from insurers and clients.
- Issuing documentation to insurers and clients.
- Maintaining existing and producing new Excel spreadsheets as necessary.
- Keeping in-house diaries up to date.
- Issuing invoices and taking payments.
- Resolving errors or complaints prior to referral to Compliance Officer.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers and insurers.
- Staying up to date with FCA and Data Protection rules.
- Providing information to management as and when required.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A confident telephone manner.
