About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forensic Social Worker to join our team at the Priory Group. As a Forensic Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each service user.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support, including medication management, therapy, and education.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
