About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Social Worker to join our team at the Priory Group. As a Forensic Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing multidisciplinary treatment programmes for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and risk evaluations
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families

Requirements
