Job Title: Head of Human Resources

About the Role:

The MCS Group is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join their team as a Head of Human Resources. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong HR background, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the organization's growth and success.
  2. Collaborate with the management team to provide HR guidance and support on people-related issues.
  3. Lead a small HR team and provide guidance on recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and culture.
  5. Implement HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Provide HR support to employees, including training, development, and conflict resolution.
  7. Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR is aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong HR knowledge and experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to lead and manage a small HR team.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  7. CIPD qualification or equivalent.
