Job Title: Data Centre Technical Manager

Join our team as a Data Centre Technical Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% uptime of engineering services to minimize impact on client operations.
  • Deliver services that meet and exceed client expectations, adhering to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage maintenance work according to client and company policies, ensuring health and safety compliance.
  • Develop and implement safe systems of work and operational procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Lead cultural change through effective role modeling and coaching.

Requirements:

  • ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and Permit to Work systems.
  • Time served Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship.
  • NEBOSH Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Personal Qualities:

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
