As an Assistant Manager at Pub & Carvery, you'll be an integral part of our management team, ensuring the smooth running of our busy pub. You'll lead by example, making sure our customers and teams have an exceptional experience.

Your key responsibilities as an Assistant Manager will include:

  • Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and leading the team in their absence
  • Bringing our brand to life by leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Acting as a role model for the team, supporting with training and development
  • Championing brand standards and ensuring customer and team safety at all times
