We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Nurse to lead our Primary Care team at HMP Lindholme. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, promoting patient engagement, and supporting staff development.

This is a full-time opportunity offering an annual salary of up to £40,211 per annum FTE, depending on experience. Our bespoke induction program includes the Introducing Health in Justice training course, ensuring your successful integration into our team. You will also have access to regional and national career development opportunities, as well as our Learning Management System to address your learning needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and promoting patient well-being.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care delivery.

You will contribute to our nursing strategy, focusing on providing outstanding evidence-based care while seeking feedback from patients to inform personalized care.
