Clinical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Clinical Team in Morecambe.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Managerial colleagues to champion the unit and support the Management team in achieving service KPIs and targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Management team to ensure all service KPIs/Targets are met
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes
- Ensuring mandatory training is up to date and receiving suitable training/CPD for ongoing development needs
- Practicing autonomously as an independent practitioner, participating in the care of and undertaking assessment, diagnosis, treatment/referral, and discharge of patients presenting with minor injury and illness within agreed parameters
