Commercial Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at VANRATH, working on exciting Social Housing and Property Services projects in Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-respected Property Services Contractor that has been operating for approximately 50 years. The company specialises in property alterations and modifications, damage restoration, and maintenance projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial delivery, contractual management, and project budgets. They will work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors to ensure commercial and contractual targets are achieved.
The estimated salary for this role is £Competitive + vehicle / fuel / package per annum, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring commercial and contractual targets are achieved
- Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors to ensure maximum contribution to the company
- Providing expert advice on contractual and cost matters
- Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and significant experience in a similar role. They will also have knowledge of NEC suite of contracts, MTC contracts, and social housing contracts.
