About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team as a Nature School Co-Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our pre-school age children, while also contributing to the development of our brand new Nature School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our outstanding team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children.
  • Develop and implement engaging outdoor learning experiences that meet the individual needs of our children.
  • Contribute to the development of our Nature School, including the planning and delivery of outdoor activities and events.
  • Work closely with our key children in the preschool room, taking them on daily trips to the outdoor environment.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare (essential).
  • Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential).
  • Forest school training (desirable).
  • A valid UK Driving License, which allows you to drive a 9 seater minibus (desirable).
