Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostics Equipment Technician to join our team at Zenopa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of diagnostic equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert technical support and guidance to customers via phone and on-site visits.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks to guarantee equipment meets safety and performance standards.
  • Upgrade equipment and optimize instrument systems for maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on new equipment installations and laboratory interfaces.
  • Manage parts stock inventory, shipping, and replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent HNC/HND qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a field service engineer in a medical laboratory environment.
  • Familiarity with robotics, industrial printing, or liquid handling technologies is desirable.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: up to £47,000 dependent on experience level.
  • Bonus opportunity up to 10% of base salary.
  • Company car provided.
  • Pension scheme with employer contributions up to 12% of base salary.
  • Generous annual leave allowance.
