Job Title: Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral development.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors.
  • Support young people in achieving their goals and aspirations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People is desirable.
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment is desirable.
  • Full Driving Licence is essential for transporting young people.
