We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Head Waiter/Waitress. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers and providing guidance and support to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of servers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Provide guidance and support to servers to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of our hotel and restaurant.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that the service team is meeting the needs of our guests.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements
