Compensation & Benefits

This Executive Head Chef Position comes with an estimated annual salary of £52,000, based on experience. Additionally, you can expect:

  • Overtime pay for every hour worked over contracted hours

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring excellent food and kitchen standards are met. You'll need to have experience of working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).

You will report on various metrics, including GPs; food preparation, and successfully deliver training and recruitment for kitchen teams, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs.
