Support Staff Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at Excell Supply. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' lives.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support student learning and classroom management. They will be responsible for assisting with lesson preparation, supporting individual students or groups of students, and maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and resources.
- Support individual students or groups of students in their learning.
- Help maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
Person Specification:
- Essential:
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work individually and taking initiative as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Desirable but not Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable but not essential.
Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum.
This role offers the potential for short and long-term placements as well as day-to-day supply. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
