Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Public Facing Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals in their own homes or community settings. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience of dealing with the general public and good organizational skills are essential requirements for this position.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies. Additionally, they should be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel to different locations.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, bank holidays, and access to our employee assistance program. We also offer opportunities for professional development and career progression.

The post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020, and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
