About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Adarma Security. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our sales team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of legal advice and support across multiple departments
  • Lead legal negotiations for Adarma's sales team with customers
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including master services agreements and software licensing agreements
  • Identify and advise on important legal risks and their potential effects on the business
  • Help update and improve our existing contractual documentation
  • Assist in creating a legal and governance framework for the business
  • Provide legal advice on risk, governance, data protection, and other associated legal areas
  • Support the renewal of insurance policies and ensure agreement to contractual obligations
Requirements
  • Legally qualified solicitor with experience negotiating commercial contracts and technology agreements
  • Knowledge of data protection law, intellectual property law, and corporate law
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office
