Job Title: Head of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our digital services and platforms team. As a key member of our innovation hub, you will be responsible for driving processes to ensure the scalability and stability of our digital services and platforms.

The successful candidate will have a track record of implementing platform strategy and support incident management, with expertise in site reliability, platform engineering, and systems administration. They will also have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate and scale systems, and nurture team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital platform strategy and support incident management.
  • Maintain and optimize content management systems.
  • Use data and analytics for proactive and reactive strategies.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Digital Products and Operations to enhance product features.
  • Lead a geographically diverse team and ensure robust security measures.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the Online Betting/Gaming industries.
  • Expertise in site reliability, platform engineering, and systems administration.
  • Track record of ensuring systems and platforms are maintainable, reliable, scalable and resilient.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate and scale systems, and nurture team capabilities.
