Job Description

La Fosse is seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering Platform to lead our engineering function and drive processes to ensure the scalability and stability of our digital services and platforms.

About the Role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, digital release management, and optimization.
  • Champion the digital agenda and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and implement digital platform strategy and support incident management.
  • Maintain and optimize content management systems.
  • Use data and analytics for proactive and reactive strategies.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Digital Products and Operations to enhance product features.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the Online Betting/Gaming industries.
  • Expertise in site reliability, platform engineering, and systems administration.

What We Offer

  • Up to £160,000 base salary + 25% bonus + benefits.
  • A permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in office).
