About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating specification and sales for a high-quality manufactured range of heat pumps, boilers, and water heaters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field sales positions selling a high-quality manufactured range of heat pumps, boilers, and water heaters
  • Generating specification via M&E consultants, mechanical consultants, and local authorities (50% of time)
  • Selling into M&E contractors, specialist sub-contractors, and main contractors (40% of time)
  • Managing sales through plumber merchants, builder merchants, and specialist distributors (10% of time)
Requirements
  • Must have field sales experience selling commercial heat pumps/pumps
  • Must have experience of specification sales via M&E consultants, M&E consultants, and local authorities
  • Must have contacts in the industry
  • Commercial astute
  • Dynamic with a strong work ethic
