Equal Education Partners, a leading education recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Education Sector Recruiter to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on the education sector, this role will play a pivotal part in driving growth and fostering relationships with educational institutions.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum plus commission. Our extensive network includes over 120 schools & colleges, Welsh Government, UK Government, the Education Workforce Council (EWC), and numerous prestigious higher education institutions worldwide.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can engage with clients to understand their staffing requirements, build a robust pipeline of candidates, and provide outstanding support throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with educational institutions
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and headhunting
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates and client needs
  • Support the recruitment team in achieving targets and driving overall sales performance
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences to ensure engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and best practices are upheld
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Proficient with recruitment software and online recruitment tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
