**Role Overview**

As a key member of our culinary team, the Head Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading the pastry department and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in all pastry dishes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the pastry team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus, ensuring they meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory of pastry supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

**Key Skills:**

  • Proven experience in pastry management and leadership.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on pastry production and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
