E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:
An E-Commerce Executive is sought after by Castore to grow a selection of partnership websites through regular updates, improving the customer experience, and monitoring key metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Providing regular updates to site based on daily trade and activities.
- Setting new products live.
- Using Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to report on metrics.
- Troubleshooting issues and liaising with developers if necessary.
- Playing an active role in CRO, suggesting ideas to improve customer experience.
- Monitoring our review platform Yotpo, ensuring reviews on site are up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience in E-Commerce is ideal but not necessary.
- MS proficient, particularly Excel.
- Setting up trading campaigns is ideal but not necessary.
- Basic knowledge of Paid Media, SEO, and CRM would be advantageous.
Personal Qualities:
- A self-starter who is able to manage several projects and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team Player.
- Analytical Thinker.
- Good Communicator.
- Interest in Sports would be preferable but not essential.
- An appreciation for sportswear and the Castore brand.
- A Better Never Stops attitude.
