Join Prestige Nursing & Care Plymouth as a Community Support Associate. As a Community Support Associate, you will be part of a friendly and dedicated team. We support people with varying needs, from companionship to personal care, and administering medication. Our core aim is making sure our clients feel safe and happy. We support people in their own homes, and you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in a variety of roles.

About the Role

We are seeking a patient and calm individual to become part of our team. As a Community Support Associate, your role will include supporting clients with personal care, shopping, and accompanying them to appointments. You will also be responsible for light housework tasks and providing companionship. Our support extends to helping clients access the community and attend appointments, and we need a driver with access to their own car for this role.

What You Will Do

Based on the client's individual requirements, you will be involved in:
  1. Assisting with personal care.
  2. Administering medication, as prescribed.
  3. Shopping.
  4. Accompanying clients to appointments.
  5. Light housework tasks.
  6. Providing companionship.
  7. Encouraging clients to drink plenty and eat healthy food.
  8. Supporting clients with admin tasks.
  9. Safeguarding vulnerable adults.
