About the Job

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapy Specialist to join our dedicated team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with experience working in a variety of clinical areas, including wheelchair provision.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals. You will also have a keen interest in professional development and a willingness to participate in audit and research activities.

The salary for this role is £45,139 - £71,219 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with a range of conditions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in audit and research activities, contributing to the improvement of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working in a variety of clinical areas, including wheelchair provision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
