City Facilities Management is looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations.

Duties:
  • Carry out technical repairs and PPMs to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests and repairs.
  • Follow purchase order process.

You will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
