Senior Electrician

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrician to join our facilities management team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems and equipment are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, with experience in maintaining and repairing commercial ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

This role requires a high level of technical competence, with a strong understanding of 3 phase electrics and its applications. The successful candidate will also be expected to follow purchase order processes and ensure compliance with the company's Health and Safety policy.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk.
• Repair and maintain catering and bakery equipment, including commercial ovens and dishwashers.
• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.

• NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition (new).
• Strong understanding of 3 phase electrics and its applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
