Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the Pharmacy Department at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide pharmaceutical care to patients from admission to discharge on the wards.
  2. Participate in the multi-disciplinary team at ward level.
  3. Day to day working with the Medicines Management Technicians.
  4. Provide prescribing advice and support to junior medical staff.
  5. Educate patients about their medicines.
  6. Participation in clinical audit.
