We are seeking an exceptional Cafe Supervisor to lead the operations of our cafe in a major High Street brand for One Retail.
About the OpportunityThis is a fantastic chance to grow your career with a leading food service provider, offering a full-time position, contracted to 40 hours per week.
Key Tasks- Check all deliveries and store them promptly and correctly.
- Supervise a team, promoting a positive environment where they feel welcome and supported.
- Manage stock levels by placing orders as needed and ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring the team remains proactive.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by complying with Health & Safety regulations.
- Proven experience in supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
- Superb communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
