The National Energy System Operator is seeking an Energy Transition Specialist to join our Strategic Spatial Energy Planning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a cleaner, greener, and more affordable future for all.

As an Energy Transition Specialist, you will work closely with our team to support the strategic development and delivery of the Strategic Spatial Energy Plan (SSEP).

You will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders, convening and facilitating multi-team or multi-stakeholder collaboration, and ideating, developing, and supporting strategic initiatives.

About the Team

The SSEP team sits within the Strategic Energy Planning Directorate, with responsibility for ensuring the strategic development and delivery of the SSEP methodology and its coordination and integration with other key departments and NESO strategic plans.

We are a high-performing multi-disciplinary team that values diversity of skills and backgrounds. If you have recent experience as a business analyst, commercial analyst, strategist, and/or consultant, or other roles with comparable skillsets, we encourage you to apply.
